Description	Issue type: Technical Website Issue Reported from: [not specified] by Timothy Harrelson email: legendaryforging@gmail.com User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36 When I try to register for a new account, I enter my username and email, click the accept terms and conditions box and then hit submit. It redirects me to a new page that says thank you and to watch for the confirmation email, but below that it tells me "Error, cannot find matching user account." No email appears and I dont even get an option to set a password or anything.

matt 2019-01-09 07:20 administrator ~0002088	LDAP server was down that day, causing a couple of problems. Have since added LDAP server to Monit for an auto-restart if it crashes out again. User was contacted to let them know they can now sign up.
