It's not clear whether this is a first-party or third-party rule. Searching on google for "Due to inconsistencies with the pricing and minimum caster level given for various spells that can be used with the Permanency spell" gives no other search results except for this d20pfsrd page, so this text doesn't seem to appear on any other Pathfinder rules websites, which makes me concerned that it might be unlabeled third-party content. Basically this page just needs a source book listed at the bottom. | ||||
