Rukh CMD is 38 but that's incorrect. It should be 40. 10+14+12+4. Unless there's something I'm not seeing.

The CMD is incorrect, but should actually be:
10 + BAB (+14) + Str (+12) + Dex (+2) + Special Size modifier (Gargantuan) (+4) = 42.

I have now fixed this.
