Looking through the book, neither the feat nor the bleachling racial trait exist within the rulebook. I checked the errata as well, to see if it was added in later, but it did not exist there either. Perhaps it exists in the "Gnomes of Golarion" book, but I do not own the book so I cannot check the source. | ||||
