Patched with some extra CSS to simplify print layouts. Firefox still needs to catch up to Chrome on print rendering, and may still be buggy in some cases. |

CSS patch works for most cases on Firefox, but still not perfect - longer-term fix will be either when we implement print-specific CSS, or when Firefox fix their print rendering. |
