(1 rank +3 class skill, +8 racial bonus+ 8 for having a swim speed +5 strength bonus for a total of 25) it is also listed as 25 on Paizo's site. | ||||

Firstly, it is +24 at Paizo, which I will link below. Secondly, the bonus is 8 ranks, +3 for class skill, +5 for Strength bonus, and +8 for racial modifier.
