Description	Automated import from Google spreadsheet. http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/fighter/archetypes/paizo-fighter-archetypes/two-weapon-warrior/ On the Improved Balance ability, it states that the penalties for using the two-weapon fighting feat are reduced by 1. ALTERNATIVELY, you can use a one-handed weapon as a light weapon in the off-hand. Then, under the Perfect Balance ability, it says the two-weapon fighting penalties are reduced by another 1, but that using a one-handed weapon in the off-hand is STILL treated with the normal penalties! Therefore, by dual-wielding bastard-sword fighter gains absolutely NO benefit from perfect balance! Is this supposed to be the way this reads?
