The Monster Builder tool external link (including the iframe embedded in the d20pfsrd page) was hosted on dropbox, who stopped rendering HTML in October 2016. The author has moved the builder to a new URL - http://www.ragweedquilting.com/pub/PRPG%20Monsters.htm - so d20pfsrd needs to update its links.
