I noticed that the entry for the mature adult blue dragon (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/dragons/dragon/chromatic-blue/blue-dragon-mature-adult) possesses the Deadly Stroke feat. It seems a very powerful feat and the dragon itself does not possess the prerequisites for this feat. Is this a typo or is there some rule I'm not aware of?
