The NPC entry on http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/npc-s/npc-0/guard-human-warrior-2/ has miscalculated the guard's HP: As an NPC class, they take average HP for first level and would have 17HP rather than 21. The skill points also make no sense: To get Sense Motive 3 she'd need to put 4 points into the skill (impossible at level 2) and no matter how many or few points she could put into Ride, with a +1 STR and a class skill there's no way to get +3 Ride.
