This matters because the DC modifier for Poison (Ex) [according to the Bestiary] is Con. So the Queen's entry should be: Poison (Ex) Sting—injury; save Fort DC 18; frequency 1/round for 4 rounds; effect 1d2 Str; cure 1 save
