On the Consolidated Skills Optional Rules page, the part about witches in the "Special Class Rules" section (bottom of the page) reads: "Witch: The bonus from the flight hex is a +4 racial bonus on Athletics checks to swim." I'm pretty sure this should read "Witch: The bonus from the flight hex is a +4 racial bonus on Acrobatics checks to fly."
