I noticed that under the Draconic Glide kobold racial feat, it says: "If you have the gliding wings racial trait, instead of the above abilities, your base speed increases to 30 feet." The problem is, a kobold's base speed is already 30 feet, according to the kobold entry here: http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/other-races/featured-races/arg-kobold So, either the feat is wrong or the kobold entry is wrong.
