How often one gains Feats is NOT explained on the Feats page. It really should be. It's not under Character Creation, it is NOT listed on any of the Class tables for what you gain at each level--and it needs to be, because it varies between Fighters and most of the rest!--and it is not listed under Races (because Humans get an extra Feat). It may seem redundant, but most brand-new players will go straight to their Class, their Race, or to the Feats page to try to figure out how many Feats they get. They won't always think to go to Character Advancement...and as this is a core feature of Feats, at the very least, there should be a discussion of how often you gain Feats ON the Feats page.
